been placed on the site, but the Invoice will only be sent to you once the property is sold to a contact who saw it on this website. ie if you sell via someone else,
such as an estate agent, or withdraw the property from the market, then NO fee is charged at all. This really is a "Win-Win" situation for all concerned.
